Compass Be: Barnsley Mental Health Support Team (MHST) works with children, young people, and families in education settings in Barnsley.
They provide free, confidential support, help and advice for pupils, students and schools for issues related to mental health and emotional wellbeing.
They work directly across all Barnsley secondary schools providing group and one to one support for young people.
In selected primary schools in Barnsley, we are working on the whole school approach as well as providing bereavement counselling and family support.
