What happens at a wellbeing session?We teach children how to look after their mental health and wellbeing, through play, talking, art, and mindfullnes.
Our sessions are child-led.
We provide a safe place for children to explore and manage their thoughts feeling and behaviours.
We help children improve emotional literacy, using mindfulness, neuroscience and PSHE to help increase positive moods, reduce anxiety and improve decision making
Our sessions are 'feel good' and develop skills that bring benefits for children's self-control, self-confidence and resilience
We teach empathy and encourage a deeper understanding of themselves and others in order to improve social and communication skills
Who is it ideal for?
The sessions are suitable for everyone but are especially helpful for children who:
Are experiencing anxiety
Having unhelpful thoughts
Have an ASD diagnosis or are on the pathway.
Have ADHD
