Improving and maintaining wellbeing is a round the clock, whole of your life task. Its personal to you and something you can get help with.


There’s lots of things you can do to improve and maintain wellbeing including:


  • Getting Creative
  • Connecting with others
  • Learning new skills


The Wellbeing Programme can help you:


  • Learn and practice new skills
  • Develop confidence and self esteem
  • Overcome Barriers
  • Improve resilience


Start with Understanding Wellbeing
The course starts with positive thinking, which will help you think about how you approach day to day challenges, consider some simple techniques to help you think more positively


Move onto the Positive Change short course


Try Creative Wellbeing Courses


These sessions will help to improve your wellbeing while joining in with creative projects such as:


  • Sugarcraft
  • Sewing
  • Baking
  • Art
  • Craft
  • Creative Writing


You will be surprised at what you can achieve. The Tutors will work with you to set some personal goals whilst being creative and having fun.
